Super Duper Smoothie Recipe:



You will need:

-½ cup strawberries

-½ cup blueberries

-½ cup nonfat plain greek yogurt

-1 packed cup super greens or spinach

-2 tbsp hemp seed

-1 ½ cups almond milk

-1 to 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

-Ice (optional)

-Cinnamon (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Plug the blender into an outlet.

  3. Turn the blender on (there is usually an on-off switch).

  4. Wait for 45 seconds to 1 min (this is a great time to put your ingredients away).

  5. Drink up
